About This Figure
Admiral Motti is the Imperial officer famously Force-choked by Darth Vader in A New Hope after disrespecting “your sad devotion to that ancient religion.” The CommTech variant of Motti is a HARD-TO-FIND short-pack release from the 1999 CommTech series, where Hasbro reissued select Original Trilogy characters with audio chip technology alongside the Episode I lineup.

Why This Figure Is Hard To Find
Admiral Motti was a SHORT-PACK in the CommTech assortment – meaning Hasbro shipped fewer of him per case than the more common figures (Battle Droids, Stormtroopers, etc.). This makes him significantly harder to find sealed than other CommTech figures, and he’s a key piece for:
