Where We Ship
Nostalgik Vibes ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping. If you’re outside the U.S. and want a specific item, email beau@nostalgikvibes.com and we’ll discuss case-by-case options.
Shipping Rates
- Single item: $7 flat rate
- Multiple items: $15 flat rate (combined ship)
- Orders over $100: Free shipping, no code required
Processing Time
Orders ship within 1–2 business days from Coon Rapids, MN. Orders placed Friday afternoon, weekends, or holidays ship the next business day.
Carriers & Delivery
We ship primarily via USPS (Priority Mail or First Class) and occasionally UPS Ground for heavier or higher-value pieces. Typical transit time after we ship: 2–5 business days nationwide. Tracking numbers are emailed automatically when your order ships.
Packaging
Every order is packed to survive postal handling — that means:
- Graded comics (CGC/CBCS slabs): Snug bubble wrap + slab box + corner protection in an oversized outer box with void fill
- Raw comics: Bagged & boarded, sandwiched between cardboard, in a flat mailer
- Loose toys / figures: Bubble wrap + tight box fit with no rattle
- Sealed / CIB toys: Original box wrapped, double-boxed with a 2-inch void buffer on every side
Insurance
Orders over $50 ship with insurance included. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately — we’ll work with the carrier and either replace, refund, or credit at our discretion.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, check with neighbors and your local post office first. If still missing after 48 hours, email us at beau@nostalgikvibes.com with your order number and we’ll file a claim. For damaged shipments, photograph the packaging and the item immediately and email us within 48 hours of delivery.
Address Changes
If you entered the wrong shipping address, email us within 1 hour of order placement. Once a package has shipped, address changes are not possible. We are not responsible for packages shipped to addresses entered incorrectly at checkout.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and current state/local rules.
