14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. After 14 days, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
What Can Be Returned
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unused and not damaged after delivery
- For sealed items: still sealed in original packaging
- For graded items (CGC/CBCS slabs): in the original slab, label uncompromised
What Cannot Be Returned
- Items damaged due to buyer mishandling after delivery
- Sealed items that have been opened
- Graded slabs that have been cracked open or relabeled
- Items returned without prior return authorization
How To Request A Return
- Email beau@nostalgikvibes.com within 14 days of delivery with: order number, item, reason for return, and photos if condition-related
- We’ll respond within 24 hours with return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the item back, tracked and packaged equivalently to how you received it
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 3 business days
Return Shipping
- If we made the mistake (item not as described, damaged, wrong item shipped): we cover return shipping
- If the return is buyer’s choice (changed mind, didn’t like it): buyer covers return shipping
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the returned item. Depending on your bank, the refund may take 5–10 additional business days to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange for a different item, follow the return process above, then place a new order for the replacement. We don’t do direct exchanges — the cleanest accounting is a refund + new order.
Damaged In Transit
If your item arrives damaged from shipping, do not return it. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damaged item. We’ll file a carrier insurance claim and either replace, refund, or issue credit at our discretion.
